Maternal Magic

The “Maternal Magic” logo was designed to emphasize the importance TJB Gelbvieh has always placed on the dominant power female. In a maternal breed such as Gelbvieh, we believe we can increase our consistency by stacking time tested maternal pedigrees.

The Lady Granite Family

432S was the original female in this line of productive females. 432S was purchased from Robinson Ranch by the late George Ellis then of Beartooth. Many believe that 432S along with her daughter 2001E could have been the most complete Gelbvieh cows of their respective generations. The influence of the Lady Granite family was tremendous through numerous sale highlights in the dispersal. This cow family excels in longevity, udder quality and structural soundness, much like their peer group, the “Vickie Vails”.

432S  Reg#: AMGV116773

TJB Lady Granite 496P-ET

Reg#: AMGV896867

This female is a daughter from our all time favorite, Grace, sired by our 2003 Denver Bull Futurity Champion, TJB Jagermeister 229M ET. She is becoming a very valued asset as her progeny numbers continue to grow. She produced a flush of Lemmon Newsline heifers that are outstanding. One of those sisters sold to the Saxon family.

BTI Lady Granite 2030P

BTI 2030P is a granddaughter of 432S sired by Rob Roy. The Rob Roy Red Angus sire, along with TJB Masterpiece, produced the most talked about daughters in the 2006 dispersal. 2030P earned her Dam of Merit status and has now entered the joint donor program of TJB Gelbvieh /JGP Gelbvieh. She is a prolific embryo producer and has proven her production ability.
